Dear Partners,

As we approach 2025, I am pleased to announce that we are firmly strengthening our ambition to become a leader in training and consulting services for public and private organizations, both nationally and internationally.

The year 2024 was once again marked by political, security, and humanitarian crises that affected our country and the sub-region. Therefore, I would like to pay tribute to the dedicated actors working to resolve these crises and express my deep solidarity with the victims and their families. In the same spirit, I also praise the remarkable resilience of the populations and organizations that continue to face this difficult context. Despite these challenges, by adhering to this global resilience strategy, we were able to achieve the objectives we set for 2024, thanks to your unwavering support and the trust you have continued to place in us.

This year, we organized more than one hundred training sessions and trained over one thousand (1,000) executives across three continents: Africa, Europe, and Asia.

Our research and consulting services were also very successful, with the completion of management system implementation projects in accordance with ISO standards, the organization of team-building sessions, and the conduct of studies, including the development of risk maps, skills development plans, and audits.

For 2025, we are driven by renewed enthusiasm and a constant commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence. We plan to continue this momentum by aiming for ISO 29993 certification, which establishes quality requirements for professional and corporate training service providers.

While we look forward to continuing our fruitful collaborations and welcoming new partnerships, my colleagues and I wish you a successful 2025.
